Thanks to Irish Water and Celtic Anglian Water for showing us around Ringsend Wastewater Treatment Plant last week.

The engineers of J. B. Barry and Partners Limited found out how the largest wastewater treatment plant in Ireland is operated and learned about the ongoing upgrades at the plant.

It is fascinating to learn that when the upgrades are complete the plant is expected to be able to handle an inflow of wastewater that could fill an Olympic-sized pool in 3 minutes.
