Measures for Ensuring Quality
Quality is fundamental to what we do and the requirements to deliver quality are set out at the highest level in a corporate policy for ‘Quality, Health and Safety and the Environment’.
Beneath this our quality manual and system which is registered to ISO 9001:2008 standards. Our quality system establishes and maintains an effective framework for the management of processes to ensure that our services meet the requirements of clients at all times. It recognises that each commission is unique and demands an individually planned approach to the management of activities.
Managers and staff are required to implement our quality system to ensure that the services carried out for the Client:
- achieve the agreed requirements
- incorporate the required degree of skill and care
- comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
- provide a sound basis for continual improvement
The aim is to provide the basis for rigour and consistency in the way our work is performed so that this is done efficiently and effectively, achieving maximum value and client satisfaction.
