Ballycullen Residential Development, Dublin 16

The development site at Ballycullen consists of 72 acres of land adjacent to the M50 in South County Dublin. This major development has included significant infrastructure works and the construction of over 1,200 residential units in separate phased developments:

• Phase 1, the award-winning Woodstown at Knocklyon, comprises 600 houses, an apartment block and a commercial/neighbourhood centre
• Phase 2, Hunterswood, consists of an imaginative development of spacious and modern houses, duplex units and apartments
• Phase 3, Dalriada, consists of 175 houses and duplex units
• The final Phase 4 development, Abbots Grove, is a development of 88 residential units comprised of a mix of three and four bedroom, detached and semi-detached terraced houses and interlocking duplex units
