We were appointed by Cairn Homes as Civil & Structural Engineers for this development which comprises 234 semi-detached and terraced houses, 160 apartments and 78 duplexes, with 4.4 ha of parkland and amenity space, a crèche, the establishment of a greenway, and all associated infrastructure and services including a new vehicular bridge.

The site was challenging in terms of topography with significant elevation changes throughout the site.

Additionally, the designs retain and are mindful of the existing environmental aspects, provide pedestrian connectivity throughout the area, and encourage active travel, creating a development that is socially and environmentally sustainable.
