Residential Developments, Delgany, Wicklow

We are currently working with DRES Properties from planning stage through to construction stage, on a number of developments in Delgany, Co.Wicklow, including Eastmount, Bellview Hill and Melwood.

The projects have involved significant site development works including roads, drainage and water supply infrastructure, and the construction of over 200 residential units. A number of different construction methods were used throughout the schemes including timber frame and ICF super-structures. Due to inconsistent ground conditions foundation structures included mini-piling and vibro-compaction.
