Sullane River Bridge, Cork
Bridges
The Sullane River Bridge is a 100m long two span river bridge over River Sullane, north of Macroom town. The bridge is fully integral, has a 49-metre span and utilises the second longest (only to Laney River Bridge on the same project) precast, prestressed beams ever used in Ireland or the UK on a bridge structure. The bridge design also includes extensive scour protection to the east bank.
