We are working on phase one of the Castletreasure housing development in Co. Cork for Cairn Homes plc. An important aspect of this project was the design of a new road bridge that leads into the new housing development. A couple weeks ago, the bridge beams were successfully installed, marking the beginning of construction of the bridge.
The Castletreasure housing development will be built over four phases and ultimately when complete will comprise of 472 units, in a mixture of semi-detached and terraced houses and apartment buildings, with a crèche, and the provision of a central spine of parkland, several linked play and amenity areas, and all associated infrastructure and services.
