In our hotel series, we’re delighted to work with Fitzwilliam Real Estate as Civil & Structural Engineers on Motel One in the heart of Dublin City Centre. The hotel will consist of 310 bedrooms, located at Liffey Street Upper and Middle Abbey Street in Dublin 1, close to the Luas, making travel throughout the city easy and accessible. Construction has considerably advanced and will be completed later this year.
