Strategy Meeting
On Wednesday, 10th May 2023, Egis and J. B. Barry and Partners Limited / Barry Transportation had a Strategy and Workshop meeting to discuss our joint future. During this meeting, there was an opportunity to discuss in detail the Egis Transport Business Line and how we find synergies moving forward. Afterwards, our French counterparts took the opportunity to visit our offices in Dundrum on Thursday. #Integration

Recently we welcomed a few key Egis executives to all our offices to have a conversation with staff regarding the integration of our two companies and our collective future. Afterwards, everyone had the opportunity to mingle to get to know each other better.

CCPC Approval and Closed Deal
We’re delighted the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission have approved the acquisition of J. B. Barry and Partners Limited and Barry Transportation by Egis and the deal is now closed. We’re looking forward to what the future holds for all of us as one integrated company.
