Water Treatment
The Combined Utilities Contract for this project includes four kilometres of watermains rehabilitation, 11 kilometres of new urban gas main, and two kilometres of urban sewers (new extensions and rehabilitation of existing sewers and stone culverts). The overall project consists of 40km of gas pipelines, four kilometres of water mains and two kilometres of wastewater sewers.
All works were located in a busy town centre environment with traffic management issues and business disruption issues to be dealt with.
