Jetland Shopping Centre, Limerick

We provided civil and structural engineering services for this large retail centre (18,000m2), with 1,400 car parking spaces, in the northern suburbs of Limerick City. Part of the scope of works involved  the demolition of an existing smaller retail centre on the 15 acre site. The design services included preliminary engineering, planning application, fire safety, detailed design of civil and structural elements, construction monitoring, assistance with budgetary control and infrastructure improvements.
