Blackwood Square, Northwood, Santry, Dublin 9

We are appointed by Cosgrave Developments as Civil and Structural Engineers for a number of large residential schemes in Northwood, Santry, Dublin 9.

The Blackwood Square development is the second phase of a number of completed and proposed schemes following the successful completion of Phase 1 – Bridgefield & Papan Grove Apartments and Cedarview housing developments, which consisted of 355 residential units.

The Blackwood Square scheme consists of the construction of 331 apartment units in 4 No. 8-storey apartment blocks arranged around a communal courtyard over a shared single storey basement car park. The development also includes a multi-function and concierge area, a gym, a childcare facility, commercial units, public open space and connections to traffic and transport infrastructure within Northwood. Site infrastructure works include all associated site works including roads, drainage, footpaths, landscaping, site services, and sundry related works.
